During our October retreat, you'll have the chance to focus and understand:

  • Why some of the things that you really want, have not come to you yet and how to make it happen
  • The ‘French Effect’ - Jennie and Duncan’s bespoke approach and guide to nutritional, hormonal balance and blood sugar
  • How to achieve more satisfaction and success in three key areas:
    • Relationships, all not just within ourselves
    • Physical health and body shape
    • Feeling comfortable in your own skin

We will share key techniques to unlock physical and mental blocks using exercise derived from Osteopathic techniques based upon the works of Dr Guy Voyer’s SomaTraining methodology. 

Using Myofascial stretching and ELDOA’s to re-align the musculoskeletal system.

Jennie will simplify and summarize techniques and information presented by Esther Hicks to maximize results and goals in a short period of time. We know that sometimes we can be subconsciously worrying about something, but we do not always link this to a physical ache or pain. During this retreat, we identify these common areas that connect the physical with the emotional in the body and help you to identify the cause.

We show you the most successful method we have experienced and still use today to release these blocks. So that you can feel more comfortable in your own skin and spend more of your time focussing on enjoying the things in life that bring a smile to your face and spring in your step.

If you feel like getting away to be able to focus on just you, so that you can recharge, renew and re-energize whilst cleansing and detoxing body and mind, then this may be just what you need.

All meals are prepared by a highly trained and very experienced chef who has worked in more than one Michelin star restaurant. He will be serving local fresh and mostly organic food of the region that is seasonal. All food will be gluten and diary free and can be served on the terrace or indoors depending on your needs.

All rooms have on-suite bathrooms. Accommodation is based on room sharing as most rooms have one double and one single bed.

There are beautiful outdoor terraces for dining or enjoying your morning coffee and we are surrounded by fields and walks in nature.

Usually in early October the temperatures are still high enough for us Brits to enjoy being outside in light clothing worn in summer.

We can eat on the covered terrace and some sections of the retreat are planned for outside. However please do bring warm clothes and perhaps a light waterproof if you feel like dancing in the rain.

The transfer will depart Geneva airport at 4pm.
